This is a bit unusual. But the two characters here are from a dream I had 3 times in my life. Years apart spanning like a decade or two? But there really memorable. So I tried to draw them. It doesn't capture their likeness perfectly, but just the rough features.

Shark dude. A bit punk/emo looking. Hunched over. Hands in pockets. Can fill rooms with water. Purplish/Blueish in color.
Crystal dude. Has very little movement. Mostly sitting and standing up. Blank unchanging expressing, slightly angry. Can talk telepathincally. Very red/orange like the MCP from the original tron.

When they appear in a dream it is always when I am on vacation in a cottage in a rural area in the north (Norwegen, Sweden, Denmark, Finland, something like that). I am living there and don't wear pants. But no one ever comments on my lack of pants. I interact with some of the locals and then once I am alone in a room, that room fills with water.

Weirdly I am never panicked or worried I might drown. The shark appears as soon as there is some water. Once the room is almost full the crystal is also visible. The shark is just grinning and explaining he doesn't like me living here on the cheap. Then the crsytal stands up, very stiff and unmoving. Does not even look at me. He then explains telepathically how me living here on the cheap takes living space away from the locals, drives up rent prices and so on.

Then the dream usually ends.

I had the dream the last time a few hours ago when I crashed during a nap. And I think all the dreams are a continuation. They remembered my from their previous attempts of lecturing me und I guess they were not happy with me returning to their turf/home.

Always interesting seeing others dream interpretations. I had some doozys when I was drugged to the gills in the hospital.

You feel guilty about your freedom. You believe you don’t deserve the comfortable space you occupy in this world. You are subconsciously nagged by the idea that your life is too easy while others have a harder time. You wear no pants and nobody cares; you are unburdened by normal social constraints. You enjoy it, but deep inside you feel you are enjoying an undeserved privilege.

Water is life, but it can also overwhelm and kill you if it surrounds you. Too much of a good thing can be a bad thing.

The shark is creative freedom and instinct: playful, fluid, unashamed. It’s the animal part of you that wants to live freely, on your own terms.

The crystal is the system you think you are cheating. It is trying to impose order and stability. It represents economics, rules, and consequences that exist beyond individual intention. It is not angry; it just wants to restore balance.

But of course, as Freud said, sometimes a cigar is just a cigar.
