- Background Creation Data Back in the day, Black was suppost to be the first evil bad guy as you might can "somewhat" see in his more stereotypical name. I mean, come on, "BLACK FLAME" da bad guy. I know, not really creative but again, little wewe-walter, dont you judge me! XD THOUGH, pretty early i changed that "theme" more into a serious-side character. Black did change 3 "big" times over the years. First, as i said, he was suppost to be a bad guy, than he changed into for a loooooong time into a guy with a long white coat, representing more the wise side and magic he learned but somewhere he was still had this treasure hunter side i gave him, so he ended up with the more adventure dress up he has now.
Problem "is", hes more of my lesser drawn characters - fact is this is sure the first time i DID draw him in digital style so it seems, which freshens up his colors quite a bit. Its not like that i dont like Black but it seems like nowadays i dont have a lot of use for him nor do he has a big "fanbase" - still, hes a character which IS important for the whole background story and i still like to call him out for the active characters i do have (even if hes basically a background character by now).
Nowadays (when hes used...), Black is more the support and wise character, for W.A. hes not just a good friend but somewhat close to a father-figure which i think is somewhat fitting. Overall, Black is a character which fits the whole mystic and nice theme he has nowadays, even the background story is somewhat fitting which we can go on now ;3
- Story Data Black was born into a family with a backstory in...crime. He grew up mostly on his mothers side wile his father basically was a "big boss" in...well, "that" what he was doing. Black didnt really enjoy this style of life nor did his Mother - infact, she tried to tell her husband that what hes doing is sure not the right way but all she met were pluged ears. She was in tears and went so far to actually blow the whole story and crime which her husband is running to the local police. With the phone in hand though, Her Husband shot her on the spot, dead, right infront of Black. Black saw it all, how his father did it, cold, with no emotions. Infact, He let his punks even carry her away. "Somewhere" where the police couldnt find her. No tear was cried, no "dang" given from Blacks Father. All he worried was only his "business", nothing else.
This was the moment Black had enough. Nights passed and one night, He ratted his father out and told the police everything. From that moment, He sure knew, he couldnt go back home so Black "exiled" himself in the deeper woods of the area. Just some weeks later, a war broke out and Black survived the situation mostly by scavenging the ruins or fallen ones in the war. He wasnt proud of what he was doing but he had to survive somehow. Others did the same and so, he created a small group of people, which called him even the leader of them all but truth is, he was sad about the whole situation because most of the people were not even older than himself - and around that time, even he was barely a teen.
It was around that time he met W.A. and they grew both up together that way. Years past and W.A. went down his own way wile Black gave the torch forward. He went and tried to live his own Life, by now, as well - Still haunted by the past.
Here, all the adventures from W.A.s story happend. Though, Between them, he found the Siam-Ran restaurant for himself, a not to big place he enjoys. Not just for the food but a waitress as well which goes by the name Lindia. They are, by now, not a couple but good friends. She knows how he works and vise vista~
One day though, Black catched the news that his father broke out of prison and was looking sure for revenge. Infact, just later, they met on the streets but Black could handle him and his own emotions quickly and his father got quickly captured again.
Another time, Black had also already the "luck" of meeting James and Sonja River, a Dou of Bounty- and/or Head hunters. It seems like someone set them up on Blacks Head already - but thats not a situation he could handle, even if said Bounty Hunters -are- strong, he was able to defuse the situation and even those saw, this is not a target worth losing their own lifes for.
Nowadays, Black runs himself a small treasure hunting business and goes on adventures, sometimes together with W.A. even. As for Lindia and Black, Black mostly goes to the Siam-Ran restaurant for a good snack or shows off the stuff he finds after longer adventures to Lindia. Shes often happy for him and deep down she hopes she can be as adventures as Black but thats another story~ ;3
- After thoughts Data I think the whole change of Black was not just a thing which was good in the long run, i think even if he IS nowadays more a background character, as whole, he is still a character i fall back to and again, the backfround story for a lot of my characters have either a "slight touch" with him in it, its just over all, i dont think i would drop him just because he is a said background character. I already did sadly drop some characters which basically didnt survive the whole changes over the years but im glad Black isnt one of them, even if his name is still super basic. ;P
