Carrie is a "mirage;" A creature with a forked tail and the power to turn invisible. She is also GeneX Experiment 14, and was gifted the power of psychokinesis with her creation.
She prefers to stay out of sight during conflict, so she stayed invisible near Talon, letting their enemies think he was the psychokinetic one. That eventually backfired, but Kosmo helped to put things right. She's been Kosmo's girlfriend pretty much ever since. (Outside of the adult continuity.)
