My my, it's been a long time since we last saw Rosie, haven't we? As you can see, she's been a bit... Busy. As has been established before, Rosie is a cherub who willingly acts on Malphesto's behalf. You can only imagine how radiant her joy was at not only learning Collin had become his slave of her own will, but was also happy to see Collin finally able to express herself on the outside to match the inside. Of course, Malphesto still is none to happy Collin has unresolved matters from her past that she'd like to set to rest.
Among those, Collin really, REALLY wanted to dance with Keenie just one. Sure, her golden co-worker was guilt of Wrath, MULTIPLE TIMES OVER, but Collin still missed she never had the chance. Now Rosie, sweet as she is, didn't like that sit well with her, oh no. She asked Malphesto for a spare collar, because she wanted to grant Collin's desire. Luring Keenie into a false sense of security was easy. The collar was a BIT of a struggle, but Rosie knows something sacred about halos; you don't touch them casually. Contact with one can have... Effects on an angel's mind.

Keenie is already subdued by the collar, but Rosie's taking advantage to give her halo a little 'love tap' in just the right spot to shut Keenie' brain off thinking and emotional mode a while. Keenie will be mad once the trance wears off, but she'll be in Malphesto's clutches by then...
