If you haven't seen it yet, Netflix has a newer adaptation of the manga that's really good. The old one is classic, but the new one has been pretty incredible so far.

Yep! Ala Ranma 1/2, one of Rumiko Takahashi's classic manga.
If I remember right, it's cold water changes him into a girl, hot water changes back?

Man that takes me way waaaay back to the early 00's. I know it's older than that but I graduated from HS in 2001 and that was when I first discovered the Internet and started to really get into anime.
