⚠️ Achtung! A sad post.
If you’re not in the mood — just look at the kitty portrait… it didn’t turn out very similar to the original, but I’m okay with it.
I couldn’t not write this…
It has come.
The time to admit that he won’t come back.
Filka was a magnificent cat — smart, calm, affectionate.
Hades, whom I got for the dog after losing Filka, is also affectionate. And his temperament is similar, just more sociable… But he is not a replacement and never will be.
This is a memorial portrait on wood, painted with acrylics.
It hurts… I knew he would leave, he was old, but he left…
Half a year after my parents — and after the tragedy with my mom, I didn’t notice it right away…
It turned out like this: dad passed away — 6 months later mom — another ~6 months later the cat.
Losing a huge part of the family in a year and a half…
It’s really hard. Sometimes I miss them…
