My guess would be that we only see Shen and the guards again the day after, as they're being let out of the cells by the city watch looking very much the worse for wear and saying something like "remember, not a word of ANY of this to ANYONE. Especially not the queen."

Oddly enough I can't reply to cuddleboy..but if I could I would have pointed out that on chapter 2 page 81 that she said "alcohol is not good for..." which indicates she's pregnant and not wanting to harm her baby, at least that's what I've gathered.

Yeah...I think it is confirmed what we are all thinking, Zaphira is carrying an heir to the throne. I get the feeling a lot of the comedy in this comic will be Zaphira in the rare position of being the "straight man" or woman, among her sister's shenanigans.
