Neovagina-uterine grafting entailed the following:
Pre-op: a host sample was taken and a lab-grown uterus and eggs from her own reprogrammed cells were made to fit her exactly.
Operation: A full vaginoplasty is performed, reshaping the genitalia into a proper labia and its many accompanying traits— along with the removal of the testes.
Post-op: Once implanted and healed it would mimic cis women's biology perfectly—down to menstrual cycles and childbearing. The recovery was arduous but it was worth it in her eyes so that she could have puppies of her own someday.
