well in some stories like iron wood for example dragons could get anything pregnant and it wouldn't be a plot hole because how would they know all dragons are mean in mlp except spike so i doubt they have had sex with one or maybe its just unlikely they can get pregnant from a dragon. They said how they knew they couldn't get pregnant maybe she just guessed it.

It's actually more targeted to a few pages back where he's treated like a horrible pervert and kicked out because he banged a filly.. when technically they are roughly the same age... So its a whole "pot, meet kettle" thing..

no, it's ok! i didn't explain it very well in the comic. it's partially that spike's a different species and ponies have just as much trouble judging a dragon's stage in life as humans do with dogs, for example. also, the apples are very protective of their family, and it's AJ's little sister. so even the other ponies are kinda going along with AJ's reaction out of respect. hopefully i'll flesh out their reactions nicely in the coming pages.

I noticed this too. It's actually because his tail is so close to the bottom of the cell that it looks like he's much much bigger than he is. I had to look back at previous cells to confirm his size and shape.
