Haven't drawn this lil guy in forever. It's Sammy Squirrel from Tex Avery's "Screwball squirrel". He really got the shaft in that cartoon. Yeah, he was portrayed as a conceded, overyly cute character (Tex taking a stab at Disney). But Screwy was more a jerk in the end lol.
