The Chao Garden

This is a neutral swim chao with fly substats. Got experimental with this one and tried my hand at a bright chao (two-tone lime). As the name implies, bright chao glow. I hope this turned out okay.

Edit: Updated the lighting, and added a wet version. Yes, its pee is glowing. XD
