This is Floccus, the son of Big and Shadow. While he's got Shadow's RBF, underneath that light scowl and murderous gaze is a real animal lover. His third eye lets him talk to animals and chao, letting him solve problems before anyone else can even know what's wrong. He has a turtle partner too, that lets him travel across the water. The cape that was tied around the turtle was fashioned into his cape, which he cares for devoutly.
