I have been struggling to get my medical records and referral sent to the appropriate places just to get an updated prescription from ANOTHER endocrinologist, the whole process has been a pain in the ass. I had to send the records myself and I have zero idea when they'll send my referral, that inspired this sticker. I'll keep calling until I can force them to send my referral because every representative has a different answer.
