The variant unique to the Arctic Avengers, this Marauder has been trapped into a hot combat zone by itself. Its jump jets, Rotary AC/5, large lasers and medium pulse lasers along with double heat sinks and thickened armor, as well as its friggin' crazy pilot, will help it survive.

You wouldn't be TOO far off. MechWarrior 2 was released around the same time as Earthsiege, though MechWarrior (which this is based off of) has been around for much, much longer.

That's okay, there's other MechWarrior titles. MechWarrior Online was put into Open Beta  six months ago.

See, if they'd ever make a REAL sandbox style Mechwarrior game, flamers would have some use.

Melt snow to refreeze in patches of treacherous ice, burn down buildings infantry are hiding in, torch forests to overheat enemy mechs...

I've done all those things ... of course that was REAL BattleTech (books, paper, pencils & dice). I miss those days.
I usually piloted a modified Marauder IIC (dual ER PPC’s and Gauss Rifles).
