Karen is a red female ground sloth.
Personality
A mysterious sloth who appeared before Sid and comforts him about his horrible past. She was born near the glaciers and her parents moved to the Dino World. Suddenly, a few months later, her folks were killed by a ceratosaurus named Brute. She was found near Lava Falls by an old guanlong, and he took to the Plates of Woe her as his adoptive granddaughter. Karen was rejected by most of the guanlongs growing up, and her grandfather appears to cheer her up with a leaf cloak and decides to change her name to Shade.

Likes: Being with friends, being with Fang, her adoptive family, pranks, helping others
Dislikes: Seeing Sid upset, arguing/fighting, bullies and jerks, getting lectured by her grandpa, Damon, Brute (the ceratosaurus that killed her parents)
