Yep it's Taffy in a swimsuit. Just thought this would be cute. Tried to give her more of an anthro look so she has hands in this pic. Yes her hands only have 4 fingers. Also I have no idea how to draw water. I really need to learn how to draw it. Anyway I gave her a bit of fluff on her head as a new addition. I think she looks better that way. She's supposed to look happy but she kinda looks funny lol Hope you all enjoy!
