Theme is 'hope' but wanted to avoid a bland contemplation pose. So instead have some hopes coming true. After some dreary times, he hoped for a nice day to celebrate with friends, and to awaken to finally see a beautiful morning.
Character is Prince Rigel and belongs to lil-maj. Chose the char because it seemed best at the time.

Thanks, wasn't quite what I imagined but close. Turned out adequate considering I had to rush it within 2 weeks but some experience with these scene elements helped a lot.
It's more the fees for being poor that makes people poor that pisses me off. I'm pretty sure that's all designed to punish people for trying to save up or earn more..
