Cocktails, eh? One has to wonder if these mixed drinks might actually have an interesting protein component in the mix, or possibly something in the dairy category? Guess the girls are going to find out here shortly.
And Zaphira might have to fess up to her current gravid condition to her sisters if she wants to get out of being fed alcohols until she's sick.
Also, looking at the first panel more closely, I see a few of the sisters are already gravitating to various amenities being offered. (Considering that looks like a hookah on that table, I wonder what sort of smokables are on the menu?)

As excited as we are for the potential of Zaphira's pregnancy, there is also the possibility that Zaphira does not care for alcohol as she knows what it can do to people.

Garnishing Ideas
To enhance the snake theme for any cocktail: Gummy Snakes: Drape a long gummy snake over the rim or drop it into the glass. Citrus Peel: Use a knife to cut a long, thin spiral peel from a lemon or orange and curl it to look like a snake. "Snake Eyes": Use a pair of cherries or olives on a cocktail pick to look like a snake's eyes peeking from the drink.

When I looked up snake drinks I was only going for basic "snake" themes but of COURSE I WAS thinking of something like THIS! :
Classic Cobra-Themed Cocktails
Cobra's Fang: This is a well-known vintage Tiki cocktail created by Donn Beach (Don the Beachcomber) around 1937. It is a strong, fruity, and complex drink with layers of flavor, combining high-proof Demerara rum and aged Jamaican rum with various syrups and juices.
Common Ingredients: The recipe typically includes 151-proof rum, dark Jamaican rum, lime juice, orange juice, falernum, fassionola (a passion fruit-based syrup), absinthe, and Angostura bitters.
Variations: Other versions include the Cobra's Kiss (from the Mai-Kai restaurant) and the Sidewinder's Fang, which often use slightly different proportions or additional ingredients like pineapple juice or cinnamon syrup.
Garnish/Presentation: The aesthetic often involves garnishes that evoke the theme, such as an orange or lime peel cut to resemble a snake or fangs, served in a tall curved glass or a snake-shaped Tiki mug.
There are many variations to this classic but the original is the best and the one the sisters should give the young queen! :D
Thank you! :D When I looked up snake drinks I was only going for basic "snake" themes but of COURSE
