The Snow Kingdom speaks of a powerful ice dragon that can grant others amazing powers... well that ice dragon is real. But the reason no one sees it is because no one expects a hedgedragon.
When Ledoyom gifts his powers to another sapient, he takes on a much more unassuming form, eager to traverse the lands in relative secret. He'll also spy on whoever is using his powers to make sure they aren't abusing them.
Normally, Ledoyom's quills and feet are covered in ice, which he uses as both a way to attack and defend, producing either burning or shocking ice. However, if he gets tired, the ice falls away, revealing his true form underneath. This form is rarely seen, as even when weak, Ledoyom can still channel some of his old power from his chosen.
