So he was s'posed to be the villain to the Sonic Comic I was gonna make... His name is Ilaltic. (it's a Variant of the name Citlali, meaning Star) He was made the same way my Citlali was made, turned into a Mobian. So he's a mixture of the same creatures she's mixed with. He made her first, to make sure the procedure worked before doing it to himself. >:D I hope you hate him!
