Introducing: Bestia's little sister, Crucia!

Crucia is a new character to fill the place of "Flat Bestia." I decided after much deliberation that instead of removing Bestia's gigantic honkers, I'd just give her a gremlin sister who loves to torment people.

Pain (Bestia) and Suffering (Crucia)!

(Yes: Crucia mod for Binding of Isaac will happen. :D)
