Hes is originaly a 20 something loser pedophile, but with the power of magic he was granted the role of transforming into Star Miracle Angel Kitty!! Now he gets to be a 10 year old again, with the condition of saving the city from various enemies that for some unexplained reason are more concerned with raping him than world domination.
