That is an excellent costume. I might have to try something like it for this years Halloween since I have a thing for long coats and hats to begin with. :D

Thank you most kindly. Most of these items were personal made. Albeit it is impossible to see, I also had an audio speaker system setup within the outer collar portions of the collars. This allowed for an audibly loud set of repeating whispers.
