Legs cuffed to his chair, arms locked at his sides, feet covered in tickle bots.
Isamu was having a great weekend.
Isamu has been called a Super Prodigy and The Mind of The Century by the rest of the world. His genius has received praise from all corners of society, and he even tutors at cram school. It makes sense for a genius of his caliber to be treated with such high regard... but not all geniuses get such attention.
Nine is a dimension-hopping genius fox-boy. Despite being such an incredibly talented individual, Nine had been bullied all his life and rejected from society. This has resulted in him developing more than a few psychological issues, such as extreme jealousy and pettiness.
Upon his visit to the world where Isamu lived, Nine became aware of this boy genius receiving all the praise and attention that Nine was denied throughout his life. Nine immediately became jealous and resentful to this other genius he'd been hearing about and decided he'd test the boy to see if he was really deserving of the title. A simple test of Isamu's cyber security would be enough.

Nine was absolutely disgusted. The absolute joke that was Isamu's cyber defense made Nine aware just how dumb this kid was compared to himself. The fox-boy wondered how such an inferior intellect could be uplifted in any society when his own home and done nothing but belittle him.
Nine suddenly became resolved to show this supposed hero what it really means to be a boy genius!
When Isamu got back to his lab, he was eager to start his weekend where he planned to do nothing but kick back and play his favorite online game with his friends. He kicked off his shoes, grabbed a controller, and sat down in his favorite reclining chair. As soon as his butt touched the seat, metal cuffs rose from the cushion and closed around his ankles.
Isamu immediately realized that someone had broken into his lab and tampered with his favorite chair! Enraged, the boy activated his backpack and summoned some mechanical arms to rip apart the metal cuffs. Instead, one of the metal arms wrapped itself around Isamu's body and and pinned his arms to his sides. This same perpetrator had managed to hack into the computer systems that control his gadgets!
Just as Isamu was figuring out how to get himself out of this situation, his greatest fear suddenly became realized. Out of his backpack came these little metal spiders with gloved hands on each leg. These were the "Tickle-Tickle Bugs" that were designed to tickle monsters into submission. The bugs were frightfully efficient at their job, and Isamu was ashamed to admit he might be a little ticklish, himself.
While all this was going on, Isamu's computer turned on and Nine revealed himself on screen through a video feed.
Nine introduced himself to the hero and revealed it was he who hacked his systems. He explained that all of this was done to prove a point to Isamu and show the boy that he was not as smart as he thought he was. Nine decided a ticklish punishment for the hero boy was in order, thus Isamu finds himself where he is.
Isamu responded by calling Nine a monster which greatly offended the fox-boy. Nine had originally intended to leave Isamu like this for a few minutes to humiliate the boy. Now, he considered leaving him like this for a few hours.
Nine signed off, telling Isamu to figure a way out of this if he was so smart. Maybe he could reach his keyboard with his feet and type with his toes? Then the screen went dark with the last thing heard being Nine's laughter.
As Nine departed, the machines activated. The Tickle-Tickle Bugs began to move their fingers into the spaces between Isamu's toes. His soft soles were clawed at by round finger tips. He curled his toes, and the robots pulled them back. A robotic arm from his backpack fed him lollipops that he so often enjoyed chewing on.
