Tails has been rejected (off panel) by Fiona. And in order to cheer him up, Sonic and Cream seek out girls his age.

I find it a little funny that Cream is helping Tails (even though we know she's also in love with the little fox). I also like the premise, making Tails understand that there are girls interested in him that he couldn't see (it would be great if Tails also had past rejections before Fiona's, like Zooey, Mina, Vanilla, and others)... an excellent premise 😎

It certainly would be, especially since what happened with Fiona was already enough for Cream and Sonic (one because she can't see the boy she loves fall for the same trick, and the other because he's her best friend).

Yep and Tbh, this gives me an idea of a fanfic from a concept somewhat similar to this but slightly different to fit my personal tastes: Fiona rejects Tails for someone else (it’s not Sonic btw), Both Sonic and Dominic (My oc) feel pretty bad for their heartbroken friend and they decide to cheer him up by leaving him alone with those girls (along with 2 others for personal reasons) pictured above for him to get the hint and Boom, He forgets about Fiona completely since he’ll have his own “Fiona”. I’m also Completely Mobianizing sage since I have a strong Mobian fixation (I like mobians a little too much, please forgive me lol). A pretty interesting idea if you ask me.

I know she's too old for Tails, but I'm kind of annoyed that people keep forgeting Barby. Also the fact that people still seem to be okay with Fiona x Tails, but Barby x Tails is seen as too much. Please some one make it make sense.

The funny thing is I don't hate Fiona or Fiona x Tails. My problem is the wonky writing behind Fiona. Cause once you put some real thought behind it Fiona should have never joined up with Scourge and dated him, and most definitely not become evil. It feels so overly dramatic, that you start to realize why there are so many people who aren't a fan of Archie Sonic. But let's be real it was Archie wanting their own Joker & Harley Quinn.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but I'm pretty sure she only turned evil because Ian Flynn wanted more female villains. And you're right, it really doesn't make sense why Fiona would suddenly forget that she already forgiven Sonic for a misunderstanding or why she would ever date an evil color inverted version of him. Apparently, there were plans for Fiona to realize she was in a toxic relationship with Scourge and eventually leave him.

Sweet cosmos! I forgot about that. If Ian wanted more female villains just make some. You don't have to turn already established characters just to do that. In fact, wouldn't the Bride of Conquering Storm count as well? It really dosen't make sense for her and her clan to join Eggman after being freed from the Iron Queen rule.

Tails x Cassia is such a interesting ship. I could 100% see her or Clove getting captured and reveling the real reason they work for Eggman. Him having her on a workbench and working on her cybernetics and trying to find a cure while bonding with her, would be so cute. I think I found a new ship.
