All I'm asking is, is nothing sacred anymore?
I always pray to NASCAR drivers who are no longer with us when I need a little strength... I just didn't expect it to be this one... Greg Biffle was truly a man from another time. He raced during the dying days of the NASCAR Hero and certainly was one... he was part of the last era of drivers who were role models and not snot-nosed nepobabies. Not to mention all the incredible things he did after retiring...
I kind of threw this together as I needed to draw my feelings out. I just put the only Greg Biffle diecast I had handy together with the nicest detail Monte Carlo I had, it being one of my many Terry Labonte cars, all of which have had the cornflakes knocked out of them. I only have one Dale Earnhardt 1/64 diecast (the 1996 Summer Olympics car) in my whole collection. People really hang onto him, and for good reason. I would have used one of Greg's National Guard cars if I had time to prepare... but it's better this way. I don't wanna be like that army man from The Twilight Zone that could see who dies next. This is my first time drawing contingencies, they're a bit intimidating to me for some reason - no pun intended. I'm not good with small, repetitive patterns. Especially not when I need to get scaling right, so that's why Dale only has a couple.
