Image 1: Kay-Tech doesn't do all the crazy inventing, sometimes others make inventions and invite the big 3-letter COE over to demonstrate... though oftentimes they just want to rope Danny into one of their own long term experiments. Looks like it will be at least 6 months at the bottom of a deep water research pool for Danny here.
Image 2: An "accidental" overfeeding with the synthetic blubber caused a few beneficial discoveries. 1: The suit is greatly adaptable to size and doesn't tear 2: The D.I.A.P.E.R. automatically adapts to the increased size and recycling throughput 3: Ability for deep diving is greatly increased and the subject can remain submerged indefinitely. With some small modifications to the suit skin nutrients can be automatically pulled from the surrounding water replenishing the synth-blubber so there is no need to undo or refuel the suit at any point. The only drawback is the complete inability to walk or move on land, however with the intended oceanic long term research this is hardly a big issue.
Image 3/4: After an incident in which several tankers transporting synthetic blubber went missing sightings of an "O.R.C.A. Leviathan" have spread. Some weeks after the incident several unregistered O.R.C.A. wearers waddled on land, later all identified as the crew of the missing tankers. Further research into this "Leviathan" is ongoing. It is theorized that hostile measures would be ineffective due to the O.R.C.A. skin being derived from Adamantex and its mass of padding and synth-blubber making it impervious to concussive damage.
Image 5: The first reported sighting of the O.R.C.A. Leviathan breaching the ocean surface by chance simultaneously spotted by a cargo ship and aircraft carrier traveling in close proximity. How this gigantic creature is able to surface without massive water displacement causing tidal waves is still unknown.
