An old an extremely stupid joke between Tempo and I, born from a random background character in an episode of My Hero Academia: Cool Bear. His quirk: to have the powers of a pro-social children's PSA from the early 90s. So if you're thinking of shoplifting or bickering with your friends, Cool Bear arrives and does sick skateboard tricks until you change your mind. He's not there to judge; he just knows you can do better.
