Hey, just giving you a heads up that the Itch version wouldn't work for me at first--after I grabbed the updated version you re-uploaded for me, I was encountering an error about failing to connect to a global user in steamworks.js.

What's funny is that I added the demo to my Steam library afterwards for an A/B comparison, and that worked... and then after I installed it on Steam, the Itch download started working, too.

I think maybe you uploaded the steam release to itch.io on accident?

Seems some funny stuff is going on with the itch builds, I’ll try to figure out what’s up with them

OK, beat the demo, and some feedback:

- I really liked the time loop mechanic, it basically grabbed and held my attention the instant it appeared.
- I did *not* expect the sudden gameplay shift towards at the end (but I liked it!)
- The writing was pretty darn good! I generally liked the characters, and the interplay between the two sisters was interesting--I liked the chicken-and-egg nature of their conflict over Lance where both of them were jealous and possessive over Lance because the other was jealous and possessive

- The scene transitions were a nice touch, but I feel like they stretched on a bit too long--each time they happened I'd start getting a little impatient towards the end. Maybe speed them up by a second or two?
- The art was overall very nice, though I'd like more variety within each sex scene--something more than "slow / fast / cum," like position changes or something? (though that may be rough with time/budget constraints...)
- Some aspects of the time loop (specifically what triggered a reset, and which items I retained in between each loop) felt a little unclear--for the first few loops I had no clue that I was resetting because I lacked an item to progress, not because I was actually running out of time.
- Towards the end, I would've liked a button to skip the sex scenes I'd already seen--I got to a point where I was mashing through the scenes so that I could grab the item I needed to progress the plot.

Overall, I'm definitely more interested in the full release now--if the full release is more of this, then I'd be willing to put some money down for it. :D

I'm glad you liked it! Let's see real quick~

- I'll look into speeding the transitions up a bit! It was on my mind for a little bit admittedly
- Unfortunately that's all I could do with a year time to put this together from scratch! Remember this is not part of the full game, its a separate thing with original and unique content! I did all I could but the main game will have more for sure, it already has a ton more in its alpha unfinished state!
- I understand, but I wouldn't know how to make it clearer! Those pushbacks are contingencies to avoid the player having to run the clock while completely stuck with no option to advance, I think the confusion is worth it when the alternative would be not being pushed back, running the clock by interacting with random stuff for minutes on end, and maybe still being unsure about having the right items or not! No worries though, the main game works for the most part quite differently, so it's mostly a quirk of the demo for being structured in its own unique way!
- Good idea! I don't think I'll have the time to implement it in the demo but I'll totally add this to the main game's document!

Thanks for the feedback!! It's gonna help immensely in making things better!!

Yeah, I'm happy to help!

Definitely understood on this being a separate demo--I'm glad that the main game will have more fleshed out scenes. :3

As for the second point on getting stuck, I definitely understood after the 3rd loop or so that I was triggering a failure state / anti-softlock contingency somehow, but it took me another loop or two to realize that I was missing an item.

As context, the big thing that I got stuck on was in VIP room 11, where it looked like Lance was going to push/headbutt the wall down, and then it'd reset. I think what would've helped with that specific point is a one-off line like "Oh, my head... maybe that wasn't a good idea..." after the 2nd or 3rd time to signpost "you triggered a failure state," and then perhaps eventually more clearly spelling out "Maybe I'm missing something, I should look around more closely for something to help before I go back."

Admittedly, it's really, really, really hard to get signposting like this right, since it varies from player to player--one may understand your intent immediately and find the signposting / hints frustrating, while another (like myself) will find it too opaque and get frustrated because they have no idea how to proceed. Other elements like UI design also factors into this, too--I actually got thrown off a little bit by the time gauge at first, since the second color gave me the (false) impression at first that the time limit was midway through the gauge.

Anyway, looking forward to the full release :D

It's not a bad idea at all! I assumed it was simpler to realize the pushback was in place but that's why I don't test these alone!

I'll see if there's something I can put in place!
