🌙 Ravyn Pain was forced into constant sparring sessions during his later teenage years and into the beginning of his young adulthood. These sessions were always against the head of the royal guard, meant to shape him into the future ruler of the vampire kingdom, whether he wanted it or not.
Because of this role, he wielded the Kingdom Staff, a royal weapon that could form into both a wand and a scythe. It was never truly his choice, but an extension of the expectations placed upon him.
Ravyn took the staff with him when he finally snapped. The constant pressure from everyone around him, combined with the ongoing abuse he suffered at the hands of his stepfather, pushed him past his breaking point. In his fractured state of mind, he truly believed that going on a killing spree was the right thing to do, that he was purging evil and bad people from the world. He did not realize at that moment that he himself was walking down a very dark and irreversible path.🌙
