's fictional country of Pekia. The red stripe symbolizes the culling, the grey one PopCon, the white and black one Rex, the one with two shades of brown Morgan (Though there's not much to pick for colors.) and the grayish-brown and beige one Soaring. (However the people of Pekia obviously wouldn't know about the founders.) And finally, the seven circles represent the seven districts of Pekia. I'm pretty happy with how this one turned out.
Not sure about the browns, but I like the stripes on the side, that's a nice touch. The flag would not represent the hidden trinity as much as it would represent the gods they are champions of, Zanduchi (death and fertility, black and white), Ket (War, conflict, and politics, Red), and Thenitas (Trickster, cunning, cleverness, probably yellow). So maybe the 3 colors on the side, Red, Yellow, Black, then down the main part, alternating 3 sets of 3, with the dots being white. The stripes on the side could be the subtle acknowledgement of the trinity.
Oh, and the dots are the seven cities, not districts. Each city has its own districts. Though the cities are not particularly huge. Pekia as a total has only around 1 million people, if even that many (probably less).
