Character Description
Cloudia is Sky's adoptive little sister and occasional member of the Rynaways, but she much prefers ballet over being ahero despite liking helping others.

Powers and Abilities: She can alter the weather with her mind and emotional state, very good ballet dancer and chef
Personality
Very cutesy, slightly airheaded, fun-loving, flirty (when she wants to, still better at it than Sky), honest, very loving and caring, protective of those she loves
Likes/Dislikes
Likes: Dancing, her brother Sky, candies, clothes shopping, horses, talking about boys
Dislikes: Infinite, being reminded that her parents are dead, Dr Eggman, her powers (sometimes), bad hair days
Background/History
Cloudia was adopted by Sky's family when she was 8 and has been living to them ever since. While at first it was hard to compete for affection against Sky since he was much smarter than her, she did eventually settled in with her own talents, winning her new family's heart. Especially Sky grew very close with her, even tutoring her from home much to their parent's delight. Unfortunately, her life was turned to shambles the day Eggman attacked the City during the war and she was captured among with her foster mom and dad, who she was forced to watch as Eggman experimented on them and killed them. Howeverm when she was experimented on, while wishing her end would come swift, she instead gained the power to bend the weather at her will through her emotions. Though she is eventually saved by Sky, the scars of what she witnessed never healed, even as she tried to reform her old life...

Body
Cloudia's prosperous body is covered in super soft, extra warm fur due to her being an arcitc fox which grants her a high resistance to cold. Her fur is mostly gray, with her ears being of a slightly warmer gray and her poofy chestfur and hair (which resemble a cloud) are much darker in color. Her muzzle's fur is white and her eyes are red. Her long tail is dark grey at first, then warm gray and ends with a white tip.
Clothing
She mostly wears a light blue puffy-sleeved blouse and mint green mini skirt with pink bloomers underneath, pink socks with a mint green ribbon and light blue shoes and white gloves with golden rings around her wrists.
Accessories
She has a set of one earring per ear, which belonged to her mom
