Its a uncle's duty to give his nieces and nephews toys and other things their parents usually wouldn't buy them or want them to have, like things which make noise or can be used to hit one another with. So being a good uncle, Kao gave the kids a squirt gun and told them to make sure they got their father with it. Unfortunately for Ropes, Kao choose to fill it with holy water.... I'm sure Fyr was in on it.
