yup another new character and i love this one <3 i had help in making this new chu along with the artist warden006 on FA https://www.furaffinity.net/user/warden006 so most of the stuff you see on him was suggested by one of my friends and i love the way he turned out <33
no special details about him yet other than the fact that his goggles glows brighter when he uses them and the glowing cyan blue spikey cuffs turn yellow-orange when in battle (call them his special power source i guess)
