Tomorrow is GameStop's Trade Anything Day and I just had to draw my first comic since 2020. I've been looking for my Apple Pencil for weeks and I searched harder than ever for it, and whaddaya know... it was in the same laptop bag pocket I've searched twice already. Hiding in the corner of it. I wish Apple's Find My app could find that, as it costs over $100.

I got a new cat in 2021, after Zack died in 2019 at the age of 20. Meet Skillet, named as such because as soon as I brought him home, he jumped into a skillet.

What else is new with me? This year I've had a strong focus on emergency-preparedness, which came in handy when I got laid off last month. I'm prepared enough that I'm actually enjoying the unemployed life, but of course I'll have to get income SOMETIME soon. I'm surprised how much I've saved just by not eating fast food anymore. Healthier, too. I actually have time to cook breakfast and sit down to eat it.
