Ozzy likes to get under his opponent's skin via taunts for thier mistakes but will make sure things are alright after a fight. Don't get him pissed at you cause he will make you regret it, especially if you harm someone close to him

Ozzy starts out his adventures when a test from a shiny Giratina reveals a hidden truth about Ozzy: He is one of 3 chosen ones selected by Arceus in his world that teach something by holding onto a fragmented portion of his life force. Ozzy himself represents the Fragment of Virtue in this case
