You shielded your Eevee from being exposed to anything nasty that it could evolve into. After Weeks of beach trips, you where fishing off the pier at sunset, your Eevee jumped in for a swim, and it happened!

Flippeon is a majestic creature that can't breathe air and will flip around stupidly when on land. They are very tasty, and every predatory creature is instinctively drawn to Flippy. This isn't too much of a concern as Flippy is immortal and even when nothing but bones are left, they will regrow all their flesh and vital organs.
However, Flippy only knows 2 moves. Splash and Curse (which it will use against its owner cursing them with misfortune and horrible diseases whenever they feel slightly uncomfortable).
They are also attracted to fire 🔥 Enjoy!
