This sonofagun took me 4 hours to go from loose box plot to finished sketch. My back is legitimately drenched in sweat as I'm filling out the description, but I couldn't be happier that I persevered through a really complicated pose.
Sadly I couldn't accomplish recreating the pose on it's entirety, with the reference having the model's leg extended in a bent position. I tried my hardest but couldn't think of a way to properly depict it, so I compromised with something that looked the part.
While running into yet another experience and perspective roadblock was frustrating, it further illustrates just how much I need this as "homework" for myself to improve.
