Character Description
Séamus is a transmasc Iapetonian (Sable). He stands at his full height of 6'2"/188cm. His most notable physical features are his dark brown fur contrasted by bright pearlescent fur on his arms and legs. This same color tops his head and also fills in his top scars. A large prehensile tail follows behind him.
Personality
Séamus is an extremely outgoing and gregarious person. After work he is almost always found in clubs or bars either dancing or flirting with patrons. He also has a well earned reputation for protecting women on the dance floor from predators. On more than one occasion he's helped club security throw out otherwise date-rapers. Generally the establishments he frequents don't have issues.
He describes himself as poly though claims to not currently be in a relationship. Friends question this as he is traveling space with a strange band of people. Some say he's even shacking up with the ship's security chief. He'd never tell though.

Background/History
Séamus was born to a moderately wealthy starship captain and his second wife on the homeworld Iapetus. Most of his upbringing was spent with his father offworld either on starships or various space stations throughout the galaxy. Early on he knew that he didn't identify with other Iapetonians like him. He'd often hang out with other boys and joined the more masculine sports after classes.
When high school came around his physical differences became more apparent. With the support of his father Séamus was able to transition at an early age. After high school he would quickly get corrective top surgery before entering an apprenticeship for starship mechanics.
His early twenties was a lot of traveling between space stations working for whatever stardocks would hire him. Though hard work this time equipped him with an enviable skill working on stardrives. When he was 26 he found employment with a factory repair shop on one of the largest space stations in the galaxy. He maintains employment with the shop though is on a sebatical.
