In the Light Mobius timeline, Rotor was hinted to be in a gay relationship with a male echidna named Cobar. The echdina was highly intelligent, an expert of mechanics and technology, and was an engineer. Basically the echidna version of Rotor.
Seeing as he was quite old in this alternate timeline, I began to wonder what would he would look like as a woman in the present timeline. And I have to say, I like what I see.
If I had to give her a backstory, Cobar would've always been female. Or something went wrong (or right) with one of her experiments.
Interesting. I've dabbled with a genderbent version of Rotor, Cobar, and Tommy Turtle for a while. This is a very nice version of genderbent Cobar. Honestly, the backstory is interesting; for me, I imagine that, with the self-modifications the Legion is known for, I can imagine that gender transition surgery could be an option for them.

The implication is that Cobar's transition was a biological change, not a surgical one. Kind of like those anime where a character (usually the protagonist) is turned into a busty woman. And they're cursed to stay in that form.
