Do Vaporeons have scales, or are they all slippery smooth (like a dolphin)? I couldn't find anything confirming if they're more like a mammal or a fish because all the other eeveelutions are mammalian, but I've found sources stating that they have gills and they have the webbed fins around the head. These are important questions I need the answers to!
