I've been tempted to start work on a mod I've been pondering for a game none of you guys probably play. I do have a small team, but nobody has started any work proper (we are all unpaid, after all), and only me and Sweet Dreams are artists (and it's quite obvious that he is my superior in that regard).

Eternal Spring is the Empress of Qilinia, and would be the starting leader for that nation. Surprisingly, this took me forever to draw because that accursed tail! I'll definitely be coming up with excuses to crop it out of any future pictures, some way or another.

In spite of this, I am very pleased with the face. It is just equine enough to be different from MLP, but not so different that you can't tell that it's fanart. The headdress especially was fun to toy with, who doesn't love a good veil?
