Despite being a relatively recent feat, the discovery of incredibly tiny sapient beings, nicknamed microfauna, has already revolutionized the budding new kingdom of Hyrule. Not much is known about these mysterious, small creatures, other than they are somehow over ten times punier than the average minish. Despite how hard they are to track, there has been a huge surge of interest over studying microfauna. All over the kingdom both professional and amateur researchers race against each other to find willing micros for interviews and studies, in the hopes of making the next big breakthrough. Nevertheless, the hype around micros is not limited to the field of academia. Regular citizens from all types of crafts and backgrounds from all corners of the kingdom have also started to slowly get familiarized with these newfound inhabitants of their lands. One of such individuals eager to get to know the microfauna is none other than the Sage of Wind Tulin.
The rito warrior had spent most of the day looking virtually under every single stone in the fields surrounding Rito village hoping to finally find a micro. Unfortunately, he had only managed to find regular bugs and the occasional shocked minish. The fact that he wasn’t entirely aware of how tall micros were supposed to be was surely a hinderance in his quest, which led to many occasions in which he mistook pretty much anything bug-sized as a micro. Indeed, the fact that micros were actually far smaller than what Tulin had in mind was a problem, especially for the aforementioned micros who had been trampled by the unaware avian over the course of the entire day. Those lucky enough would be left in a massive and deep footprint after crossing paths with him. Other’s not so fortunate, became stranded on different parts of his towering talons, destined to become unwilling (or willing) passengers on the body of the titanic rito until he calls off his day of micro field research…

New pic, short and sweet. This was a side-project more than anything else. So, fun story, last week I got very sick due to a bad case of food poisoning while working on a different project. Needless to say that it killed my vibe, so as a compensation I started working on this pic instead. I’ll see if I return to the other project when my health improves a bit. In the meantime, I’d just like to thank all the brave volunteers that allowed me to include their sonas in this silly scenario ^^
