Buzzcut was a character I played in a Champions game. He was a mutant born with mouse-like features. He had no superpowers, but he was an ex-Marine with combat experience. He was also an expert motorcyclist (it will surprise no one to learn that I created the character after watching Biker Mice from Mars).
