Yeah, unfortunately for Delilah (who doesn't have a car) the only option for public transport between those two is that busline from the last arc.

Yes and no, in theory she could get one, either by using the guildhouse transport circle or by hiring a wizard to teleport her. However the first one is one way and require guild permission to use (something she'd be unlikely to get for simple commuting) and the second would be fairly price.

That and the fact that she just doesn't like magical travel.
