The sky darkened into a starry haze as an aurora borealis glittered across the sky, with time almost freezing in a radius beyond the centre of the two boys, showcasing Ion's control over the secondary elements of Space and Time combining into his attack containing all of the other five elements, a full scale elemental masterpiece. The combined force of the elements descended onto Ion and Denzel as he cried out in pain, his Gaia aura swirled around him as an automatic defense mechanism to help protect as much it could from Ion's attack, his clothing becoming tattered shreds in the process, a side effect that also be felled Ion who was caught up in his own blast. As the elements subsided, Denzel was left barley standing as he fell down to his knees, his breathing became heavy as his body ached all over, "that the best you got?" Denzel said in a snark tone, "I thought you were going to show me why we are of different..." Denzel continued to say as his gaze looked up to see Ion menacingly walking towards him, his clothing almost completely gone besides his pants becoming tattered shorts and his cape still surrounding his neck with bandages surrounding both legs and his left arm which is a detail Denzel did find curious but that would be for another time. Ion's fur was bloodstained and his small gut wound still had the tendrils of blood protruding forth but otherwise, Ion was still standing on both legs with energy still to spare. "Oh I think you are starting to see that we are worlds apart, though there is one thing you are still not realizing" Ion said as he stopped in front of Denzel as he got to his feet once more to meet Ion on his level, "though I thought I told you, I am Yggdrasil!" Yggdrasil said a moment before shoving his claws right into Denzel's gut, blood started flowing from the new wound as Yggdrasil clenched his fingers as much as he could before ripping his fingers out of Denzel's body, causing even more blood to flow from the hole in his belly.
Denzel stated coughing, choking up on blood that was now filling his throat as he collapsed to the ground as Yggdrasil stood menacingly over him, Denzel's eyes showed panic as he struggled to push himself along the ground backwards from the now demonic looking Ion who was cracking a smile full of fangs, "now let's say we end this" Yggdrasil called out gleefully as his spelldeck swirled forth, his blood red aura picking up his darkened sword with orange lightning imbuing it as he conjured a lightning blade in his hands, "you were never a match for the power I hold" Yggdrasil continued with his demonic gaze as Denzel became paralyzed with fear, "Ion!" a voice then called out as Yggdrasil's attention suddenly looked towards the direction from where it came, his demonic, bloody smile now fixated on the figure standing before them, "that's enough! You already won" the voice continued as the figure came into view, "Sa..g..e Fen..ri..r" Denzel barley spoke out before he fell unconscious as Fenrir took a quick look down at Denzel. "Good, he is still alive" Sage Fenrir commented in his head as he then turned his attention towards the other boy, "now Ion, it is time to settle down!" "Oh please who do you take me for?" Yggdrasil snarled as he readied his attack towards Fenrir, "the name is Yggdrasil and you will show me some respect!" Yggdrasil called out as he sent the spelldeck flying out towards Sage Fenrir but some quick wind gusts knocked them out of the air, Yggdrasil snarled once more as he sent his sword towards Fenrir next only for him to easily dodge as Yggdrasil finally sent out his lightning blades only for Sage Fenrir to quickly dispel them, "I said that's enough!" Fenrir called out, slamming the end of his staff into the ground. "Oh, so you want to play, then lest play!" Yggdrasil called out as the blood crazed boy lunged towards Sage Fenrir, fangs full bearing as in an instant the boy was in front of the sage, his claws barley avoiding contact against Fenrir as he dodged at the last moment, surprised by Yggdrasil's sudden speed as the claw attacks continued as one grazed the sage after struggling to keep up with the fast boy as Yggdrasil's fangs then clamped down hard into one of Sage Fenrir's arms, blood started gushing out between his teeth from the puncture wounds. Fenrir winced though now the Yggdrasil couldn't get away, he reached out with his other arm and pulled Yggdrasil close to him in an embrace. "I got you, there is no need for this anymore" Fenrir said in a calming voice as his hand scratched a bit behind Yggdrasil's ear, "it's ok, I am here to help, but for that I need to talk, and talk to Ion."
Yggdrasil stayed stunned for a moment before his eyes calmed, he slowly released his grip on Fenrir's arm with his fangs, "well that's going to leave a mark" Fenrir said casually as Yggdrasil just gave him a stare, "well you wanted to talk, then lets have it." "Well I said I wanted to talk to Ion..." Fenrir started to say but he was cut off, "well you are talking to him" Yggdrasil interjected, "I thought you said you were Yggdrasil?" Fenrir countered with a coy grin, "we are one and the same!" Yggdrasil shouted out in frustration as Fenrir made a chuckle. "Oh I know but you are also different, look I know and you know that it is not time for you both to intertwine yet, that time will come but now it is time for Ion to come back to us" Fenrir said as Yggdrasil still gave him a look of frustration. "Look, right now I have no choice but to intertwine, as he... we went a little overboard" Yggdrasil said as he took his hand and placed it on his chest, "he need me here and we need to become one, or else..." Yggdrasil continued but he was cut off, "yes I am aware, but I can help him, I will not let him die" Fenrir interjected in a reassuring tone. "How can I trust you? Yggdrasil snarled back as Fenrir gave him a look, "what do you mean how can you trust me? I care for you, I am your mentor after all, I want noting more then the best for you and see you grow into the Magus I believe you can be" Fenrir started saying, "Look, I will make sure nothing happens to you, put your heart in my hands" Fenrir continued placing his hand over Yggdrasil's that was still on his chest as he thought it over for a moment. "You promise you will not let 'him' die?" Yggdrasil asked in a serious tone, "yes, I promise" Fenrir responded keeping his eyes locked to that of the young fox's as he pondered for a moment, "ok, I trust you, but you better make sure" Yggdrasil replied as the glow from his eyes started to fade, the tendrils of blood receded as the red aura softened to blue, Yggdrasil closed his eyes for a moment latter Ion softly opened his as the world around him came into focus, as he tried to remember what had went on around him as Fenrir knelt down keeping Ion in an partial embrace, "welcome back, now just try to relax for a moments it will be very important" Fenrir said as the slightly confused Ion started to feel a severe pain in his chest, clutching it tightly, he started to struggle to breathe as he looked at Sage Fenrir in a panic as he placed a hand on his head, "don't worry, everything will be alright, trust me, I will make sure you will pull through" Fenrir said as Ion's legs gave out as the pain intensified, he collapsed down only to be caught by Fenrir's hands, fear still in his eyes as Ion kept a gaze at Sage Fenrir as he gently laid him on the ground, his vision blurred as the world went to blackness around him.....
