Ophiuchus is a snake Divine, and the sinister leader of the Zodiac Council of Divine Masters. He was the architect of the timeline for a long while, allowing the Lost Ones to grow their power. He would sacrifice his own world, in exchange for being left to rule elsewhere in the multiverse. He attempted to control the other 12 "zodiac characters", even going so far as to use a forbidden mind control spell.
He also is basically responsible for every terrible thing that ever happened to Gemini's family, including murdering her mother and essentially enslaving her father & sister. He also took human form to influence Richard Gunner into attacking Punchy & Rainbow's wedding, leading Fera's repaired glass eye to be fractured, along with her grasp on sanity for a time.
Basically...this snake is a bastard. Fortunately, Copter & Gemini joined forces to put an end to him during the events of Doomsday.
