This is Nine the leader of the Galactic cats. They are knowledgeable, wise and are one of the oldest living beings in the multiverse. They are on a never-ending quest for information trying to find the sole meaning to why the interlinked sea of universes exists and to what purpose it all serves.
They're also the "mother" so to speak of the Galactic cat and the other galactic kittens.
