A tune for a character of ill importance, what is important to know is:
The melody is a combination of two major components, a tiny bit of riff from a highly specific unreleased song in Cruelty Squad, and Dies Irae, a very old Latin ecclesiastical chant that's made its way into pop culture, mainly as Stanley Kubrick's The Shining's opening theme.
The accompanying image is one I made in Krita, specifically aiming for it to look vaguely like the insignia banners of the Great Houses in Morrowind. Been playing that recently, mighty inspired by it.
