The Destiny Knot ensures that 5 out of the 6 IVs are pulled from one or the other of the parents. If you breed two different 6IV Pokemon together, it will pull 5 perfect stats and roll the last one randomly between 0 and 31, so that's actually pretty simple odds. The problem is that usually you're using imperfect parents (since why would you need to keep breeding if the parent is already 6IV?). So, possible? Very. Easy? Noooooo.
